These new softer compound poly bushings deliver all the benefits of traditional “hard-poly” while giving a comfortable ride. Constructed with unique urethane elastomers with the versatility and elasticity of rubber yet with the advantages of rigid plastics and metals. These long-wearing bushings have been rigorously tested at extremes and performed flawlessly. These heavy duty tubular front shock mounts are constructed from heavy wall tubing and galvanized for a long life. Sold in pairs.

The front unit consists of top bracket, to take the original shock absorber plus an additional one, and a bolt-on bottom bracket to support the additional shock absorber. Trimming of the inner fender is required. The rear unit consists of top shock absorber brackets which bolt through the chassis and bottom brackets which weld onto the axle case.

This custom kit comes complete with the main spacers, floor mounts inside the rear wheel arch, under floor mounts under the drivers seat, seatbelt extensions, radiator raising platforms, diagonal braces and brake line modifications for the front and rear. This kit does require certain items to be welded into position, and a good 2 days should be allowed for fitting. All components are protected and finished off in a tough yellow zinc plating before powder coating. All bolts, nuts, washers and instructions are supplied making it easy for the DIY installer.
Body lifting is done for many reasons, but the most common is to allow the vehicle to be fitted with larger tires. Raising the body gives extra clearance above the tire in all conditions. The benefit of a body lift is that only the body weight is raised, and all the drivetrain weight remains low, keeping the center of gravity at its lowest, and the driveline angles are not affected.

Custom made Bottom Link to Chassis (BLTC) bushings. These bushings apply more pressure between the end washers to stop the common tail end steering problem that has plagued Land Rovers since the release of the Range Rover. Made from rubber with concave rubber mounting surfaces hold the rear axle securely in position. No modifications required. Sold in pairs.

A simple item to relieve the pressure on the top rear shock mount bushings to give greater flexibility, wheel travel and longer shock bush life. This product is a 16 mm wedge changing the angle of the top shock mount to a more desirable position. The kicker kit comes complete with 2 wedging plates, all bolts required and some fancy custom made wedge washers to maximize a secure fit.

This heavy duty unit can be adjusted to take up the slack as wear occurs.
