Ordering

The best way to place your order is by phone, this assures accurate determination of your parts needs. In order to properly fill your order, please be prepared to give the year, model, engine type, and any unusual characteristics about your vehicle. In some cases we may need to ask for the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or engine number of your Rover.

Orders placed via email or fax may not get the same immediate attention as a phone order, and could be considerably delayed if more information is needed. Please DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION as this means is not secure.

Phone orders placed by 2 PM E.S.T. will be shipped the same day via UPS, or the next day if going by common carrier. Please see the shipping information FAQ for details.

Special order parts require prepayment in full and are not eligible for return.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges are not included in parts prices.

Payment

MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express are accepted at D.A.P. 
Orders over $500 require a signature via fax.
D.A.P. accepts all major credit cards

UPS C.O.D. orders must be paid with a certified check or Postal money order. 

FOREIGN ORDERS must be paid in US funds only with either a credit card issued by a US bank or via bank wire transfer. We will quote the shipping charges.

Core Charges

Core charges are assessed on certain remanufactured items (alternators, cylinder heads, etc). Core charges are added to the price of the item at time of sale. The core charge is refunded upon receipt and inspection of old part. Core parts must be in rebuildable condition. All castings must be free from cracks or other damage. Refunds cannot be made for damaged cores. All cores must be fully assembled. Cores must be returned within 30 days in the original package with core tags attached. Reimbursement for cores not returned in 30 days will be refunded at 50% of core value.

Warranty

All of our products are manufactured to the highest quality standard and are subject to rigid quality controls. Occasionally a problem may arise. Our parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, with the exception of electrical parts. Failure due to abuse, neglect, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or the failure of a related part is not covered by this warranty and is not the liability of D.A.P. Enterprises Inc. This warranty applies only to the defective part and does not cover associated parts or labor. All parts are subject to inspection before a replacement will be sent.

Returns & Exchanges

There are no returns for any reason after 30 days unless part is defective.

All returned items must have a Return Authorization number which can be obtained by calling 802/885-6660. You must call for a Return Authorization number prior to returning part or the package will be refused.

All returns must have Return Authorization # printed clearly on outside of shipping container.

All returns must be postage pre-paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Special order parts, electrical components, and manuals can not be returned.

Refund: Credit for returns will be automatically applied as credit on account at D.A.P. ENTERPRISES, LLC., unless otherwise specified.

A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all returns unless defective.

Defective items will be replaced upon return and inspection of the defective part.

Cores for re-manufactured parts must be returned within 30 days in the original package with core tags attached. All cores must be fully assembled and without external damage.

Reimbursement for cores not returned in 30 days will be refunded at 50% of core value.

Should you receive a damaged package the carrier must be notified at the time of delivery in order to file a damage claim.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I place an order by email?
A: We do not recommend placing an order via email, as it may delay the processing of your order. We do not have a secure server at this time, so please DO NOT email your credit card information. We are working on online ordering, but in the meantime we suggest that you call us.

Q: I'd rather not pay a core charge up front, can I send in my old part before you ship my new one?
A: Yes, if you send us a good core first, no core charges will be assessed.

Q: My core is not in rebuildable condition, can I send a core from a different kind of car?
A: No, the returned core must be of the exact same brand, model, application, etc.

Q: I'm not sure what's wrong with my car, can I buy a part to try, and return it if that's not the problem?
A: No, parts that have been installed cannot be returned.

Q: I bought a part, but did not install it right away, does the warranty period start upon installation?
A: No, the warranty period begins on the date of sale.

Q: I belong to a Land Rover Club, am I entitled to a discount?
A: All of our prices are wholesale prices, you do not need any club affiliation to take advantage of our wholesale pricing.
