may delay the processing of your order. We do not
have a secure server at this time, so please DO NOT
email your credit card information. We are working on
online ordering, but in the meantime we suggest that

Q: I'd
rather not pay a core charge up front, can I send in
my old part before you ship my new one?
A:
Yes, if you send us a good core first, no core
charges will be assessed.
Q: My core
is not in rebuildable condition, can I send a core
from a different kind of car?
A:
No, the returned core must be of the exact same
brand, model, application, etc.
Q: I'm not
sure what's wrong with my car, can I buy a part to
try, and return it if that's not the problem?
A:
No, parts that have been installed cannot be
returned.
Q: I bought
a part, but did not install it right away, does the
warranty period start upon installation?
A:
No, the warranty period begins on the date of sale.
Q: I belong
to a Land Rover Club, am I entitled to a discount?
A:
All of our prices are wholesale prices, you do not
need any club affiliation to take advantage of our
wholesale pricing.
