shipment via the Post Office.
However, an additional handling fee may apply, We
cannot guarantee same day shipping, and package
tracking is not available. Certain other limitations

Q: I live outside of
the United States, can I order from D.A.P.?

Yes, we can ship internationally, prevailing rates
apply. Any and all import/customs duties are the
responsibility of the recipient.
Q: Does D.A.P. use
any other delivery service besides UPS?

should the need arise, we can ship via FedEx, call for details.
Q: I have my own
UPS/FedEx account, can you bill the shipping charges
my account?
A: Yes,
if you provide a valid account number, upon receipt
of a written confirmation, we can bill the shipping
to your account.
Q: I want my order
shipped C.O.D., can I pay with cash?
A: No,
UPS does not accept currency. C.O.D.'s must be paid
with a money order or cashiers check.
