After 36 years of running D.A.P., Al would like to slow down a little and do some fishing.

Anyone out there in Land Rover land want to re-locate to Vermont and help Al keep the place on track?

We can offer the same re-numeration package that Al gets as the CEO: Long hours, little sleep, constant stress, some travel and low pay (sometimes no pay).

We really need a working, hands-on Service manager to work in the shop and supervise multiple restorations, as well as the daily maintenance and repair work.

We are looking for an experienced person who is highly organized and motivated to maintain our reputation for high quality work at fair prices.

You must have your own tools and be skilled in fabrication as well as all aspects of automotive repair.

This position is not for a novice mechanic or a trainee.

Duties include scheduling shop work, juggling multiple simultaneous body-off restorations, estimating repair jobs, customer relations and anything else that a busy service department would experience.

The position will answer directly to Al, but otherwise will assume full responsibility for the shop.
